Our family hopes to bring something special to Sylvan Lake and the gluten-free community by offering:

• A space where the food is safe and feels fun again.

• More accessible GF options in the area (we ❤️ dietary inclusive restaurants).

• A variety of foods so kids can enjoy a treat (worry-free) just like their peers! Say good-bye to the broken mama hearts!

  If we don’t have it, we are almost certain Nutters Sylvan Lake will!

• Ways to help anxiety and worrying for parents. It can be a lot, but you are not alone. Informational pages and services will be shared soon to help with how to read ingredient labels, helpful resources, transitioning to a GF lifestyle, and much more!

• Healthy, premade freezer meals to make the busy days a little easier.

• Travel assistance: Don’t let your dietary restriction stop your travelling! We can help! More details to come.

• Assistance to those who may not be able to afford the high(er) cost of GF foods.

  • $1.00 from every playdough sale is used to purchase GF food items for the Sylvan Lake Food Bank and the Sylvan Lake Library’s Little Free Pantry.

  • Free cupcake. We know how hard it can be when a little one is invited to a birthday party but can’t enjoy the dessert. So, we’ve got you covered.
